Shipping, Refund & Return Policies

We believe in our product and value the happiness of our fans and customers.
Please email us if you are not happy with any of our products and we will be glad to exceed your expectations. We are reasonable people and will try our best to work something out.
You can apply for a return with the following reasons:
- Did not receive the product(s).
- Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, different product).
- Received damaged/faulty product(s).
If you wish to return your product due to a change of mind, this is not allowed.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will not receive refunds if; You did not receive your orders due to factors caused by you or factors beyond lobangz.com’s control, like:
- Wrong shipping address
- Not cleared by your local custom
- Natural disaster which led to the delay
